Workshop: Writing about Beer & Spirits

Overview: Like food, the local brew is a central part of many travel experiences. In this four-hour workshop, participants will learn how to pay more attention to what they drink while they’re traveling, as well as how to discover the backstory of how these spirits are produced, and how to craft all this information in an engaging narrative.

Course size: This course is limited to 4 participants.
